THE ARRIVAL

The resort has been expanded across the Wailua River so that guests receive a unique entry experience unlike any other. Guests arrive on the south side of the river, where they drop off their cars and aboard a boat which takes them to the main entrance across river.

THE MAIN LOBBY

The new design emphasizes an authentic Hawaiian history and culture in many ways; the original 2,000-tree coconut grove now runs throughout the entire site; the resort’s central area’s design is influenced by traditional Hawaiian textiles; the indigenous plant palette is expanded throughout the site, with a focus on a more naturalized look to emphasize an authentic Hawaiian experience.

THE POOLS

Alongside guests' rooms, there are 3 main pools and two jacuzzi areas. Each pool offers a sense of tranquility and leisure for each guest. Separated by a series of natural plantings are a series of cabanas for guests who seek more privacy to use and enjoy each day.

THE VILLAS

The guest villas are located on the east side of the canal, separated from the remainder of the resort to add a sense of privacy and luxury. The villas are raised off the ground in response to potential future flooding.

THE BEACH

The beach is located on the northern side of the resort, providing guests with a "beachfront" view that rests on the north side of the canal. The beach restaurant sits on the beach and provides guests with ample seating.

THE RIVIERA

The Riviera is the resort's main restaurant. Its location is ideal not only for tourists, but also for locals, as it backs up to the west side of the canal that connects the resort to the existing residential area. Locals are encouraged to utilize the restaurant as often as they please.
